Place the items in their original shipping box or a secure alternative, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

Print and Attach Label

Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
